We have been highly pleased with this wine rack. It holds more bottles and takes up less space than others that we considered. The design is basic but attractive and it fits in well with our decor. It seems to be very well-constructed and we've received many compliments from our guests.

It looks nice and is suitible for the space that it was intended for. It is one of those that does not accomidate all bottles, especially ones that don't have a defined bottle neck. It feels like they could easily slide out if anyone brushed it on accident. It was also slightly a pain to put together for something that should have been really simple and in fact had simple instructions, it was merely the construct that made it awkward to assemble. Over all I like it though.

Nice Wine Rack, but......Mar 30, 2011

This is a nice looking, stylish wine rack, and it goes great in my apt. It looks exactly like the picture and can accommodate even larger Pinot Noir bottles. However, I had to give it 4 stars because of the difficulty in putting it together. I am a very handy person and I have put together intricate furniture (and other wine racks) before. The problem with this rack is that the "pre-drilled" holes are tiny pin holes and actually getting the screws into the plastic nubs so they are tight and fully in was difficult. If you have only a hand screwdriver, I would say it might be impossible. I have an electric screwdriver. Some of the screws went in fine, but others stopped midway and, and I had to drill and re-drill several times. In fact, on one hole, I stripped the screw. Glad they gave an extra. Lastly, the screws which were painted black were not painted very well. Metal definitely showed through, but you have to be extremely up close to see that. Overall though, now that it's in my place, I do like it a lot and have received several compliments.
